"Helpful, efficient, modernized systems that make online payment easy, and best pricing I've found. Charged me 30 bucks less a month than the next cheapest insurance place in town and for more coverage than the next cheapest place provided. Makayla worked with me to get this coverage, was great at following up in a timely fashion, flexible with communication (texting works best for me and she was very accommodating of this), and she sent my new coverage documents to me right away."

Overall, Joe has gone above and beyond past agents, his team is always reaching out to check up on us. I say that after my car wreck in 2010, my agent at the time cared less, never even ask how I was doing. I give the whole team a thumbs up, especially Judy. She has been a smiling face during he transition of three agents."
